Run cm-skills doctor, then compose, preview and check every page. Deliver HTML, narration.md and project.json; render MP4 locally when I request a video. Generate voice or music only when requested and the service is available.

PPT creates HTML slides with page narration. Motion exports MP4 on your computer. Optional voice and music require an available audio service; preview and check the result before sharing.
