A search for “Claude Motion price” can lead to several unrelated offers. There is no single fee that covers Anthropic’s official Motion, a coding agent, every open-source dependency, and this independent website. Build your budget around the workflow you will use. The categories below explain what to check without inventing a universal per-video price.
Official Motion follows the Claude product
Anthropic’s help page currently describes official Motion as a Team and Enterprise beta feature, with usage counted toward the relevant plan. That is a different product from cloning a GitHub repository or subscribing here. Review Anthropic’s current plan page and your organization’s settings before purchasing for a specific feature. Access can depend on the workspace and administrator. A paid Claude account should not be treated as proof that every feature named Motion is available to you.
A coding agent has its own usage model
If you use Claude Code or Codex to write and revise a local project, account for that agent separately. Depending on the authentication and plan, you may consume included usage or separately billed API usage. Check the provider’s official pricing and your account’s actual limits. A long debugging session, repeated redesigns, and a large context can consume more than a short edit. Do not estimate a fixed number of finished videos from a subscription price or assume API token prices describe included subscription work.
Open-source code does not erase dependency terms
The whaleyxbt repository carries an MIT license, which grants broad use permissions subject to its notice requirements. Its Remotion dependency has separate licensing terms; consult Remotion’s own license and pricing pages for your organization and use case. Also account for the rights to fonts, music, images, and any material you import. A freely downloadable repository is not a bundle of licenses for every external asset, nor does it provide free model inference or rented rendering hardware.
This website sells a separate subscription
As of October 11, 2026, the public pricing page lists Creator at US$19.90 per month and Studio at US$49.90 per month. These are displayed prices, not a guarantee that checkout is available for your account. Claude Motion Skills at claudemontiondesignskills.org has Creator and Studio plans described on its pricing page. Its local workflow uses your own Claude Code or Codex session and a CLI; it does not include an agent subscription. Current code requires an active site subscription for new compositions and new public shares, while already downloaded projects can still be previewed and rendered. Optional audio is gated by service readiness and is not currently verified as open. Do not buy based on an assumption that voice credits already represent an available service.
Budget for a pilot and record real costs
Start with one short representative video and track four items: agent usage, any template subscription, licensed assets, and rendering resources. For local rendering, the machine, storage, electricity, and your review time remain costs even without a cloud-render invoice. Add a cloud budget only if your chosen workflow actually uses a cloud service. Save the plan terms and billing interval you accepted, then compare the pilot’s real usage with your expected production volume. Recheck checkout details before purchase because offers, taxes, and availability can change.
Your next step
Price the complete workflow, not its name: account access, software terms, optional services, and rendering belong on separate budget lines.
